Young & Connell is a Western Australian law firm specialising in property and business law.

The business was established in 2002 by experienced Perth lawyers, Peter Young and Joanne Connell.*

We practise in the areas of property and business law, primarily in property development, capital raising and debt funding for property projects, town planning, subdivisions and strata titles, property acquisitions and sales, management and leasing.

Most of our clients are involved in the property industry. They include property developers, builders, investment fund managers, syndicate operators, real estate agents, corporate and private investors with property assets.

Our lawyers have a wealth of experience gained primarily through years spent at major national law firms.
